Vision and Mission
Precept Ministries International was established by Jack and Kay Arthur in 1970 and operates from Chattanooga in Tennessee USA. Kay is known for authoring many books. Together with a team they developed the unique Precept Upon Precept Bible Studies, which have been translated into 70 languages and are used in nearly 150 countries.
In the early 1990’s the first workshops and classes were held in New Zealand.
