If there are any shortages in your order that you have not been notified of by the office, or items that are damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss this.

30-Day return policy for items purchased. If, for some reason, you must return the items you ordered, please follow the guidelines listed below.

Please note that all studies can be returned except PUP and I&O studies.

Before returning goods, please call the office to discuss the return – please have the Invoice number to hand – this can be found on the Invoice. The returns address is: Precept NZ, PO Box 276018, Manukau City 2241, Auckland.

Items returned in new and excellent condition will receive a full refund. Items which are sent out in new and excellent condition, which are subsequently returned damaged or marked, will not receive a refund. Please do not return items which have been written in.

Items should be returned within 30 days of the Invoice date.

Unfortunately, a full refund cannot be given if the returned items are damaged in the post due to inadequate packing by the customer. A refund will be issued when the items have been received and they have been checked. Items cannot be swapped and any request for further resources will be treated as a new order.

When returning items, please follow these guidelines to prevent damage to them during shipment: Carefully package the items. Stack the items flat so that they are secure in the box/packet and so that they will not shift or move around during shipment.

Please enclose in the package a copy of the original Invoice or a note with the Invoice number, your name and address and state the reason for the return.

If Precept New Zealand are in error by shipping items other than those ordered, please contact us and the appropriate action will be taken to correct the shipment.
